If you are in the Northern provinces, you can choose to take a bus, motorbike or car to Lung Cu flagpole along National Highway 4C to Quan Ba, then from here you will go up to Dong Van. If you have arrived in Dong Van, you go straight to Sa Phin commune, continue going to you will meet a fork, if you go straight you will reach Dong Van ancient town, if you go the other way you will head towards Lung Cu.

Lung Cu flagpole is located in the Dragon Mountain area, so the road will be up the winding and steep mountain road, so choose the right time to easily move.

Built on the top of Dragon Mountain, to reach the top of the mountain you need to go through 839 steps, divided into 3 stages, at each stage there will be a waiting area for visitors to rest or admire the scenery below the mountain. After climbing more than 800 steps, you will surely be stunned with pride when witnessing Lung Cu flagpole with an octagonal architecture, 33.15m high and the 54m2 national flag always flying on the top of Dragon Mountain. Around the body of the flagpole is the image of the Dong Son bronze drum and at the foot of the flagpole are eight reliefs illustrating the glorious historical periods of the country.
